Baby J turns 1!!

I was extremely honored (and excited, shh!) to have been asked to capture this little guys 1st birthday. It was so much fun! He celebrated with so many friends and family in attendance and put on a great show! 

Mom had Elmo and Cookie Monster up her sleeve. Poor little guy was terrified at first!!  This is the memory that makes me smile when I think of his party. 

Family Road Trip

These photos are old, and by old, I just mean outdated. They were taken on our family road trip almost a year ago with Christmas card intentions... Taken with my point and shoot camera, well before I'd been blessed with my wonderful camera (and Oh, how I'd wished many days for it) that I use today. At the time I had no intention of pursuing a photography career, but these may have helped push me in that direction. They're not the best work, may not have been good enough to be showcased by any photographer...but even so, they're some of my favorite photos because they're of my family and a reminder of where I started.
